This presentation provides an overview of the City of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, and identifies challenges in inclusive city development. The key issues affecting urban services in Ulaanbaatar and the development investment program in Ger areas are examined. Complementary projects that support inclusive development of the city are also discussed.
