Asia faces physical and economic water scarcities on rice irrigation by 2025. Jain Irrigation, working towards food security through water and energy securities, proposes an innovative method of irrigating rice crop. This paper discusses the experimental trials and farmer demonstrations to commercialize a package of technology for growing rice.
