This workshop program will be held in Kathmandu, Nepal, from 27–29 October 2026. It is the third iteration of a series of workshops aimed at identifying emerging issues in Asia and the Pacific and facilitating in-depth discussion and analysis among developing member country officials and ADB experts. These workshops are not just knowledge-sharing sessions; they are knowledge-capturing forums with tangible outputs at the culmination of each event.
