International Investment Dialogue on the Development of Public-Private Partnerships in Kazakhstan 3 July 2026 The Government of Kazakhstan, ADB, and the Kazakhstan PPP Center co-organized the International Investment Dialogue on the Development of Public-Private Partnerships in Kazakhstan on 3 July in Astana. The event presented to the international community the investment policies the country is implementing in the field of public-private partnerships (PPPs), the investment opportunities in Kazakhstan, and PPP projects being structured jointly with international financial institutions (IFIs). IFI representatives shared their initiatives in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, while the Kazakhstan PPP Center discussed the status of the country’s PPP ecosystem. The event was attended by around 120 participants from state bodies, IFIs, banks, investment companies, local government, embassies, and advisory firms. It is part of ADB’s support to enhance the enabling environment for PPPs in Kazakhstan and help the government turn priority projects into investable opportunities.
