A green and inclusive recovery requires a vast amount of capital. The recent rapid expansion of green and social finance is driven by both non-economic and financial motives. They are associated with positive environmental and social impacts. Asian governments can nurture sustainable finance through fiscal and regulatory measures.   

Objectives

  • To disseminate the ADO Theme chapter: Financing green and inclusive recovery.
  • To exchange views from the finance industry, multilateral development banks, and the academe.
  • To share knowledge on green and social finance with key stakeholders.
