Sharing lessons from East Asia’s decarbonization initiatives will help other developing countries in carving their own net-zero pathways. Towards this end, EAF focuses on the crucial elements of climate transition, and presents what East Asian economies have learned in experimenting with new approaches and technologies in air pollution management, developing carbon-neutral cities, and low-carbon rural development. This annual flagship event, cohosted with the Asian Development Bank Institute, RKSI, and other agencies, is open to the public, and those in the field of decarbonization and low-carbon development – policymakers, relevant ministries, and related industry participants – are encouraged to attend.
