CRPP Talks 4: Building Climate Resilience Through Graduation Programs

Drawing on Bangladesh's Ultra-Poor Graduation Programme and examples from India, the session shared insights into how integrating climate adaptation measures into graduation approaches can create more sustainable and transformative outcomes for vulnerable populations. It is built on research showing that lifting people out of extreme poverty was a crucial foundation for climate resilience, while highlighting practical approaches to embedding climate considerations into poverty graduation programs across different contexts.
