Drawing on household survey data combined with high‑resolution climate information, the session aimed to highlight how different types of dzud affect livestock, with particular attention to differential impacts across households. The discussion underscored why understanding these heterogeneous impacts is critical for strengthening climate resilience among herder communities, especially for more vulnerable groups such as female‑headed households.
