Capacity Development through Udemy under COVID-19 2 July 2020 The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted several aspects of our lives, including the way we learn new things. Because of the health crisis, online learning has become part of the new normal. Udemy and ADB have been working together to introduce Udemy for Government courses under ADB technical assistances in Sri Lanka (higher education) and Bhutan (TVET) for capacity development.
