Overview

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) held a Business Opportunities Training for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) on 28 July 2025 as a joint collaboration between ADB's NGO and Civil Society Center (NGOC) and the Procurement, Portfolio, and Financial Management Department (PPFD) hosted by the Pacific Subregional Office.

These sessions were created for CSOs. The session covered ADB as an institution, ADB’s work with civil society, and how CSOs can identify and bid on international development projects with ADB.

During the session, participants had the opportunity to:

  • learn about ADB’s engagement with CSOs;

  • understand ADB’s procurement framework and discover what business opportunities are available for CSOs;

  • learn about procurement methods and how to register for and navigate ADB’s Consultant Management System (CMS);
