Innovation is said to promote productivity. Organizations, therefore, need to look into those factors that bring in innovation to remain relevant and become agile.

The World Economic Forum and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) organized a roundtable discussion on Agile Governance in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which aimed to explore what the Fourth Industrial Revolution is and tackle how to develop agile governance models in the context of the region covered by the ADB. It also covered important case examples in priority areas for the region such as the creative economy.

The half-day event brought together about 30 representatives from corporations and start-ups as well as academia and public sector leaders.
