Neil Chadder is an Urban Development Specialist with over 40 years of experience in the sector who has undertaken assignments throughout Asia and Africa. He holds overall responsibility for the management of the CDIA team of experts to ensure implementation of the CDIA program and the delivery of Strategy 2018–2022. He takes a key role in the preparation, implementation, and linking to the financing of selected CDIA project preparatory studies. Neil is the Project Manager for the ongoing Additional Financing - Dushanbe Water Supply and Sanitation Project and the Urban Development and Climate Resilience in Bac Kan and Ha Nam Provinces, Viet Nam Project. He has been leading the development of CDIA’s project pipeline in India, Bangladesh, Uzbekistan, and Viet Nam with a particular focus on working with the EAKPF.
