Profile / Bio: 

Hubert Jenny is a principal infrastructure finance specialist of the Asian Development Bank and is based in the People's Republic of China (PRC) Resident Mission. He has 16 years of experience in development and 17 years in the private sector. He has worked in Australia, Cambodia, France, PRC, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Mongolia, the Pacific, Thailand, Venezuela, Viet Nam, West Africa, and West Indies. He is an expert in urban development and water and sanitation, including urban resilience. He is also a guest lecturer at the Asian Institute of Technology and Chulalongkorn Univeristy in Thailand. He has authored and co-authored various publications in urban development and water and sanitation.
