Harsh Rajpal

Harsh is currently Founding Partner - Capital Code, a growing bespoke advisory and investment firm.

Previously, Harsh was Head of Strategic Investments - M&A at Olam International (SGX: 032), a leading global agribusiness company - where he spearheaded Olam's M&A efforts on several acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures as well as portfolio & investment strategy formulation.

Until now, Harsh has led & managed 30+ M&A transactions and strategy projects across multiple geographies (SEA, India, Black Sea, ANZ, US, Africa). He has developed extensive expertise & relationships in the food & agribusiness space, having worked globally across the value chain.

In the past, Harsh also worked with Rippledot Capital and Macquarie Capital in Singapore as well as McKinsey & Company in India. He completed his MBA at the National University of Singapore.
