Mr. Anthony Maxwell is a Principal Energy Specialist in the Energy Transition Mechanism and Partnerships (ETMP) team at ADB and has over 25 years of experience in design and financing of clean energy infrastructure projects in over 20 countries in the Asia Pacific region, including over 15 years with ADB. Mr. Maxwell is currently working on projects across Southeast Asia and is head of project administration for ETMP.
