Anastasia Deligianni

Anastasia Deligianni is an International Green Roads Specialist at GOPA MetaMeta. She has contributed to the development of the ADB Green Roads Toolkit (2024) and is currently supporting the development of a national Green Roads Guideline in Tajikistan, using the Toolkit as a foundation. She has also co-authored the World Bank’s Green Roads for Water Guideline (2021) and the Bangladesh Guidelines on Green Roads for Water (2026). She has worked in this field across more than eight countries worldwide, focusing on transforming roads from purely transport corridors into enablers of water management, climate resilience, and inclusive growth.
