Terry joined the City of Alexandria as the Director of the Department of Project Implementation (DPI) in Aug 2019. As Director of DPI, she leads a team of project managers, construction inspectors, and project controls support staff to deliver the City’s portfolio of capital infrastructure projects (CIP). She is responsible for developing and implementing best practices in project management, CIP cost estimating, and project delivery in addition to providing leadership and strategic direction for the City’s core infrastructure design and construction program.

Dr. Mishra is a PhD from Acoustic Research Lab of National University of Singapore. He is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at the same lab and co-founder of Teredo Analytics, a deep-tech spin-off from NUS.

Ben is a quantitative ecologist with expertise in statistical modelling for ecological applications. He works on basic and applied research in aquatic systems from local to global scales collaborating with researchers, managers and farmers on projects across Europe, Asia, the USA and Australia.

Cholpon leads Central Asian Youth for Water (CAY4W) in her role of regional co-coordinator for Central Asia and Afghanistan. Currently, as an International Climate Protection fellow of Alexander von Humboldt Foundation she is carrying out her research on the interface of water, climate, and security in Central Asia with a special focus on collective leadership, supported by her host institution - CLI.

Dr Espindola is a Brazilian young water professional based in London and working at the International Water Association (IWA) as the Membership Engagement Officer responsible for the young water professionals community within IWA.

Isabela holds a PhD in Human geography from the University of Sao Paulo (Brazil), focusing on South America's transboundary water governance and management. She also has an MSc. in Environmental Sciences and a BA in International Relations and Economics.

Jose Luis is a civil engineer and water expert with 15 years of experience in the UN system working in the development of capacities of water and sanitation utilities in the Global South as Officer in Charge of the Global Water Operators’ Partnerships Alliance (GWOPA) of UN-Habitat in Nairobi and Barcelona.

Dieldre is a freelance consultant who has been doing various research works in the water and sanitation sector for 15 years. She is currently involved with ADB as a WASH Survey Specialist for the preparation of the Survey Toolkit for the Urban Development and Water Projects.
