Mr. Fan Zhang (Allen) is an environmental economics scholar. He is the founder of the Hunan Innovative Low Carbon Center, the first private non-profit carbon neutrality think-tank in China with the provincial climate change authority as the business unit.

Jim Anderson is the international senior business development consultant for the Private Sector Operations Department of the Asian Development Bank’s East Asia Regional Department. He is responsible for accelerating the amount of the Bank’s financing to commercially viable private sector projects across infrastructure, agribusiness, financial institutions, and health and education sectors in Mongolia. He identifies prospective new investments and provides input and support throughout the underwriting process as well as for transaction monitoring and administration.

Jude has over 20-years’ planning experience in identification, concept and design, and implementation of international multidisciplinary projects in the public and private sector. Over the last nine years Jude has worked with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and has been responsible for sovereign operations in urban development, climate resilience, energy, transportation, and housing sectors. During that period, he has served project processing and administration in the Pacific, Central West and Asia, and South Asia.

Dr Sara Shirowzhan is the lecturer and the co-convener of the Smart Cities and Infrastructure Cluster in the School of Built Environment (BE) at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Sydney, Australia. Sara’s areas of research in technologies relevant to the built environment include advanced GIS, nD BIM, sensing technologies, digital twins, and artificial intelligence for applications in smart cities, infrastructure, urban development and construction.

Ichiro Aoki is the manager of a trust fund called Asia Pacific Project Preparation Facility (AP3F) out of ADB’s Office of Public-Private Partnership (OPPP). Through AP3F, he offers technical assistance to the governments of ADB’s Developing Member Countries for them to establish a PPP-enabling environment and structure commercially feasible PPP projects. Ichiro is administering over 66 technical assistance projects in 22 countries in the region.

Hussain has over 20 years of working experience out of which he spent 8 years working in Pacific developing member countries of ADB. As a member of Pacific Transport Sector team, his responsibilities are to lead policies and strategies and design, and manage projects to support sustainable transportation in Pacific. Hussain is an engineer by profession with keen interest in sustainable and environment friendly transport solutions. He is a keen golfer and living in Manila with his wife and two sons.
