MSc. Ngo Thi To Nhien is currently the Executive Director of the Vietnam Initiative for Energy Transition (VIET). She has more than 20 years of working experience and her professional activities focus on energy and environmental economics, energy modeling, energy policy, and assessment of low carbon energy technologies.

João Aleluia works with ADB as Regional Clean Energy Specialist and Coordinator for the Greater Mekong Subregion. João has over 15 years of experience in sustainable energy, climate change, and waste management, having worked with international organizations such as the UNFCCC, UN-ESCAP and GGGI.

Anne is responsible for integrating gender analysis and measures into investment projects and for strategic and operational initiatives to promote gender inclusive solutions in private sector financing.

Anne Kuriakose is Senior Social Development Specialist at the CIF, where she is responsible for mainstreaming gender across the CIF and its programs, through policy and technical assistance, analytical work, and capacity-building. Anne has over 20 years of experience in gender and social development with particular expertise in climate adaptation, rural development, and water resources.

Meeta works for Nepal Electricity Authority as its gender, equity and social inclusion focal.
