Penny Dutton

Penny is an independent consultant and an Associate of WaterAid Australia. Her experience spans more than 25 years in social, gender, and community development on water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) projects in the Asia Pacific region. She has undertaken WASH assignments for the Asian Development Bank, the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), the Danish International Development Agency (Danida), European Union, New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Oxfam, UNICEF, WaterAid, and the World Bank Water and Sanitation Program.

This film will show the imaginary (fantasy world) of people with disability whenever they face barrier of accessible, especially toilet. This make audience feel how people with disability feel when environment limit their capacity to do thing they wanted to do as everyone else. Accessibility at public building and space for everyone should be considered.

Vickie Antonio

Vickie is an independent consultant currently engaged by the Urban Climate Change Resilience Trust Fund (UCCRTF), which is administered by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). She is an architect and urban planner by profession. She has cultivated a career in the development sector for more than 20 years, focusing on urban climate resilience, local economic development, urban governance, knowledge management, monitoring and evaluation, and private sector development.

Her consulting assignments have been with multilateral and bilateral agencies such as ADB, GIZ, and the World Bank.
