This introductory webinar explored the principles and crosscutting measures likely relevant to any post-disaster recovery and reconstruction project, regardless of sector. This included governance arrangements, risk assessment, early warning systems, land-use planning, design standards, capacity development, social protection, and community-based disaster risk reduction.
