Gon Kim is currently the Deputy Director of the Construction Cost Management Division of the Construction Work Bureau. Prior to his appointment as deputy director in 2021, he served as Assistant Deputy Director of the Civil and Environmental Engineering Division, Construction Works Bureau in 2010. Four years earlier, he was Assistant Official at the Procurement Management Division of the Procurement Service Bureau.

Park Dong Joo is currently the Assistant Director of Fair Evaluation Management Team of the Public Procurement Service (PPS). Prior to being a public officer in PPS, he played multiple roles as an IBM Informix DBMS engineer, billing system manager, billing database administrator, flight simulation equipment manager, entrance examination program manager, and college register program manager.
