Leyli Pulatovna Seytova is the Chairman of the Committee on Ecology and Climate Change of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Uzbekistan. She has held senior leadership roles in environmental governance and public administration, contributing to the development and implementation of policies aimed at addressing ecological challenges and promoting sustainable development in the region.

Since joining Japan NUS Corporation, a Japanese environmental and energy consulting firm, Hidenori Ishiguro has been involved in a number of initiatives focused on environmental and social responsibility. These initiatives include the development of decarbonized power generation, the creation of a circular economy model, and the implementation of development assistance programs in Southeast Asia.

Fumihiko Kuwahara is an Environmental Engineer at SUURI-KEIKAKU, where they focus on Environmental Management. With over 27 years of experience in Environmental Field, they have successfully JCM Projects and JICA technical cooperation projects. He holds a master degree in physics from Tokyo University.

Robby Dewanfara is the Head of Division for Environmental Compliance and Enforcement at the Environment Agency of Bandung Regency, Indonesia. He plays a key role in monitoring industrial practices, enforcing environmental regulations, and ensuring sustainable development in the region.

Kenichi Maekawa is a Consultant at EXRI (EX Research Institute, Ltd.). He specialize in solid waste management and circular economy strategies. With 19 years of experience in Japanese municipal government, Maekawa has extensive expertise in collection and recycling systems as well as disaster waste management. He apply this practical knowledge to international development, supporting 3R initiatives in Pacific Island Countries and conducting waste surveys in Mongolia. Kenichi Maekawa hold an MS in Environmental Management.

Ken Yamashita is a Senior Research Fellow at the Asia Center for Air Pollution Research (ACAP). Since the early establishment of EANET, he has been involved in training programs and national monitoring support, with more than 26 years of experience in regional environmental initiatives across Asia. He has conducted research on cost-effective air pollution control and health risk assessment related to NOx, ozone, and PM2.5, drawing on integrated assessment models such as RAINS/GAINS.

Stefan Werland is Co-Head of the Berlin Office and Senior Researcher at the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment, and Energy gGmbH, GIANTS Project, where he leads work on energy, transport, and climate policy with a strong focus on sustainable mobility and international cooperation.

Werland holds a Magister Artium in Political Science, Sociology, and Geography from the University of Trier (2005), complemented by studies at Institut d’Études Politiques Bordeaux (2002–2003).

Shirish Sinha is the Executive Director of Programmes at Clean Air Fund, bringing over 28 years of expertise in climate change, energy, and sustainable development policy. He leads the Fund’s expanding national and regional programmes, focusing on transboundary air pollution and its global impacts.
