Yves Gonzalez is part of the Government Affairs and Public Policy team of Google, leading efforts for the Philippines, Cambodia, and Laos. He works with government stakeholders and civil society in pursuit of Google’s mission to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful. He is part of Google’s Asia Pacific AI working group, engaging with government and civil society stakeholders on the responsible use of AI.

LEILA PIÑERA AREOLA, a Career Executive Service Officer, is the current Director IV of the Bureau of Learning Delivery (BLD) of the Department of Education (DepEd) in the Philippines.

She served as the Co-Chair of Harvard Alumni for Education- San Francisco Bay Area chapter.

Saurav Bhattarai leads the openIMIS Initiative team at the GIZ Global Alliances for Social Protection. Saurav has been designing and implementing digital health tools and projects since 2013, primarily focused on the use of Digital Public Goods. In Nepal, Saurav led the Digital Health team at GIZ Nepal's Support to the Health Sector Programme, which focused on supporting the Ministry of Health on the development of an e-Health Strategy, as well as the introduction and scale-up of tools such as openIMIS to manage the National Social Health Insurance scheme.

Mr. Heesung Jung works for HIRA in Republic of Korea as a director overseeing international digital projects. Formerly, he was an IT engineer who developed the public health insurance information system and designed the organization's digital transformation.
