An Act to provide for the extension of the provisions of Part IX of the Constitution relating to the Panchayats to the Scheduled Areas.

An Ordinance to consolidate and amend the law relating to the acquisition and requisition of immovable property.

Under this Act, land acquired for any purposes thereof shall be taken for the acquisition of such land according to Land Acquisition Act of 1984.
