Aditya Mahalana is a graduate of Universitaet Leipzig in Germany with an M.S. in Sustainable Development, focusing on sustainable urban and regional planning. He is a Senior Researcher of the International Council for Clean Transportation with more than 15 years of experience in the field of urban sustainability, climate change mitigation, and transport and energy. He co-authored various research publications for the transport sector, including Viet Nam fuel efficiency, ASEAN soot-free vehicles, and emission standards and fuel quality.

Christian Vollmar is an International Sales Manager of MAHA Maschinenbau Haldenwang GmbH & Co., KG. He is responsible for sales and service networks across Southeast Asia, China, Japan, India, Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania, among others. His expertise is in the areas of Key-Account-Management of OEM customers from the automotive industry, monitoring projects such as the setup of testing centers for periodic vehicle inspection, direct sales management of capital goods, and supervision of a sales team with personnel responsibility.

Satomi Sakaguchi is a Transport Specialist under the Railway/Logistics, Transport Sector Group of the Asian Development Bank. She has 10 years of experience in planning and managing transport infrastructure projects such as railways, metros and roads, in the Philippines, Bangladesh and India at ADB and Japan International Cooperation Agency.

She holds an MSc in Political Economy of Late Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a B.A in International Relations from International Christian University, Tokyo.
