MRV for CTF-Funded Projects in the Energy and Transport Sectors: Linkage to the NDC and Implementation of the Paris Agreement in Viet Nam

The side event at COP25 will present the key findings, outcomes, and lessons learned from the CTF-funded TA in Viet Nam. It also aims to share with the international community of climate change specialists the challenges in operationalizing international guidelines in the context of complex institutional structures for CTF projects on the ground.

The UNFCCC Climate Change Conference included the 25th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 25) to the UNFCCC, the 15th session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the Meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (CMP 15), and the second session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Paris Agreement (CMA 2). Representatives from all UNFCCC parties were in attendance.

Reducing the Impacts of Air Pollution on Maternal and Child Health: The Scientific Evidence and Key Messages for the Public (English)

This presentation discussed current evidence on health impacts from prenatal and early life exposure to air pollution. It also provides key public messages and communication channels to increase public awareness of health risks and strategies to reduce exposures and health impacts.
