The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President on the 26th of August 2009 and is hereby published for general information: THE RIGHT OF CHILDREN TO FREE AND COMPULSORY EDUCATION ACT, 2009

An Act to provide for the extension of the provisions of Part IX of the Constitution relating to the Panchayats to the Scheduled Areas.

This document is the Indian Telegraph Act of 1885 that details the privileges and powers of the Indian Government.

This is to inform that the earlier practice of the National Land Commission sanctioning the approval for the purpose of compensation such as substitute land, money compensation, crop compensation, etc. has changed.

This Act shall:

a) Be called “The Land Act of Bhutan, 2007”;

b) Come into force on the day of the month of the Female Fire Pig Year coinciding with day, 2007.

c) Extend to the whole of the Kingdom of Bhutan.

This Act shall be called the Forest and Nature Conservation Act of Bhutan, 1995. This Act repeals and replace the Bhutan Forest Act of 1969.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Bangladesh Environment Conservation Act, 1995 (Act 1 of 1995), the Government is pleased to make the following Rules.

This Act shall be called the Penal Code, and shall take effect throughout Bangladesh.
