Ms. Alounny Manipakone, Deputy Director of the Public Procurement and Price Management Division, State Asset Management Department, Ministry of Finance (MOF), has served as a Bidding Committee Member for public procurement under various ministries and government agencies. Additionally, she has been a resource person providing knowledge on public procurement to government agencies and various organizations. She has disseminated procurement-related legal documents, bidding documents, and information on the complaint mechanism, as well as the use of the public procurement website www.ppmd.mof.gov.la. She has also collaborated with international organizations such as the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, and GIZ.
