Mr. Battsengel Jamsranjav Jadambaa is the designated Senior Procurement Officer at ADB’s Procurement, Portfolio, and Financial Management Department (PPFD). He is responsible for providing procurement advice and support to ADB sector groups and executing and implementing agencies of Mongolia.
Mr. Battsengel is experienced in procurement and project management and has 36 years of professional work experience with a track record of achievements in government ministries and project administration units. He has strong interests in foreign financing and investment, as well as procurement management of goods, works, and services contracts in social and infrastructure projects.
His qualifications include ‘a bachelor’s degree in trade economics from the Institute of Trade (the Soviet Union, former) and master’s degrees in economics from Saitama University (Japan) and procurement from Turin University (Italy).
