Mr. Chandra Mohan Arora is the designated Country Operations Head at Mongolia Resident Mission, East Asia Regional Department, ADB. He is an experienced portfolio manager, civil engineer, procurement and contract management specialist. He has more than three decades of professional work experience with a track record of achievements in public and private sector organizations. He has strong interests in portfolio management and project design & implementation of large infrastructure projects.
Chandra has been with ADB for over 20 years, serving multiple developing member countries in various capacities. He served as a Working Group Member on ADB’s New Procurement Framework approved in 2017.
Chandra holds a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA).
