Dr. Gyeasoo Jo is a Strategic Planning and M&E Specialist. She is currently a Chief Consultant of the Korea Overseas Development and Consulting (Korea) and at the same time Affiliate Professor of the Department of International Studies of Hanguk University of Foreign Studies. Among others, she also served as Chief Consultant of Kyung Hee Overseas Development and Consulting, Institute of International studies and Expert Consultant in ODA Research Institute of Bucheon University.
Dr. Jo graduated from Hanguk University of Foreign Languages. She earned her Master’s Degree in English Education at Konkuk University. She was granted a doctorate degree in International Affairs (Society and Culture) from Hanguk University of Foreign Studies. She also studied a certificate course in English in Sydney, Australia.
