Mr. Cheolwoong Park is currently the Director of the Procurement Management Division of the Public Procurement Service of Korea (PPS), where he is responsible for the management of major contract systems for government procurement such as eligibility examination, MAS (Multiple Award Schedule) and promotion of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Before this, he also served as the Director of the Advanced Convergence Product Procurement Division at PPS, where he purchased next-generation launch vehicles to carry rockets ordered by the Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI). He has been with PPS since 2005.
Mr. Park obtained his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Chonnam National University in February 2001. He then completed further training overseas at the Askew School of Public Administration at Florida State University from August 2022 to July 2023.
