Since September 2022, Ms. Binna Kim has been the Director of the Fair Procurement Management Division at the Public Procurement Service of Korea (PPS). She is responsible for tasks such as planning and policy oversight, investigating unfair procurement practices, and instituting system improvements.
Before this role, she served as the IT and Service Contract Division Director at the Seoul Regional Office of the Public Procurement Service (January - June 2019). In this role, she was in charge of handling delivery requests and finalizing tasks for unit price contract items requested by demand agencies within the jurisdiction.
From November 2021 to September 2022, she was the director of the MAS Contract Division within the Public Procurement Service.
She pursued her Bachelor’s degree in Atmospheric Science at Yonsei University and completed her Master’s in Public Administration at Rutgers University.
