Charlene is part of the team working on the mid-term review of ADB’s 2030 Strategy as well as ADB’s new Corporate Results Framework.
Charlene is an experienced policy and project specialist with over 15 years of experience working on international development projects across Asia and the Pacific. This has included working on the Second Sydney Airport, State of Sri Lankan Cities project and the Kiribati National Urban Policy. She joined ADB in 2019 working as a project team leader on affordable housing, water and sanitation, solid waste management, new city development, urban regeneration and gender equality projects across South Asia.
