The inaugural training and orientation session on Digital Infrastructure and Economic Development held on November 12 under ADB’s digital transformation technical assistance, gathered key government officials from 20 federal and provincial ministries and departments. The session aimed to foster a shared understanding of the critical role digital infrastructure plays in economic development. Participants were introduced to key features of Pakistan's digital infrastructure, current capabilities, and challenges. The seminar highlighted importance of modernizing digital systems to drive economic growth, enhance service delivery, and promote innovation across various sectors. Later, participants were awarded training certificates by PRM Emma Fan.
