Lupe Fe’iloaki is a Tongan citizen serving at the Attorney General’s Office since September, 2023. Lupe’s role is leading the Corporate Service Division in ensuring effective management and efficient operation of the Corporate Services for the office in which consisting of the Human Resource, Information Technology and Finance section.

Prior to current role, Lupe served at the National Planning Department, Prime Minister’s Office as the Principal Economist since December, 2019 to September, 2023. Lupe’s role was leading the administration and coordination of planning from a Sector platform and vice versa planning focal point to key Ministries across the Government.

In addition to Lupe’s vast experience, she led the Corporate Plan and Annual Report Section within the Corporate Service Division at the Ministry of Fisheries through July, 2017 to Dec, 2019 and in parallel as the Acting Project Coordinator for the Ministry in the development of the World Bank’s Pacific Islands Regional Oceanscape Program (PROP) Project “Pathway to Sustainable Oceans” (Tongafish Pathway).

Moreover, Lupe served at the New Zealand High Commission – Nuku’alofa post managing New Zealand’s in country scholarship programme including Tonga’s allocation to the Region including New Zealand and managing small grants for Community Projects from August, 2012 to July 2017.

Lupe is very friendly and loves playing volleyball.
