Head of Air Pollution Cluster, RRC.AP AIT Profile / Bio Vanisa Surapipith is the Head of Air Pollution Cluster at the Regional Resource Centre for Asia and the Pacific (RRC.AP), AIT. She is also the Deputy Director of Thailand’s Hub of Talents on Air Pollution and Climate (HTAPC). She is also an air Modeling Consultant working on the Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) model coupled with Chemistry for the assessment of PM2.5 Mitigation measures across Thailand. This assessment is a special project supported by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) with grants to the Faculty of Public Health of Thammasat University to establish Thailand’s national specialist center on air pollution and climate. She holds a PhD in Atmospheric Sciences from the School of Environmental Sciences, University of East Anglia, Norwich in the United Kingdom (UK).
