Ms. Elodie VITALIS is a graduate of Sciences Po Bordeaux and holds a Master's degree in Public Affairs (2006). She is currently the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) Group Representative to Fiji (AFD/Expertise France). She joined AFD headquarters in Paris in 2013 as a policy officer for agriculture and biodiversity, then for AFD's operational activities related to climate finance and financial systems. Before joining the Pacific Regional Office, she worked on sustainable transitions in Small Island Developing States (SIDS), and on projects to strengthen the capacity of public-private partnership (PPP) stakeholders and the governance of state-owned enterprises. Previously, she worked as an analyst for the World Bank (IBRD) on remittances and evaluation of national payment systems. vitalise@afd.fr
