Jesse Twomey is the Assistant Director – Procurement for the Australian Infrastructure Financing Facility for the Pacific (AIFFP), Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), Australia.
Jesse manages procurements and procurement policy for AIFFP grant and loan projects across the Pacific. With DFAT/AusAID since 2011, Jesse has managed procurement, aid activities and grant programs, and held financial policy and aid risk management roles. Jesse was Consul in the Australian Embassy to Lao PDR from 2019 to 2021 through the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
