Amandeep Singh is a Vaccine Financing Specialist (Consultant) with ADB. Before ADB, he worked with Gavi as a Technical Advisor, Pandemic Preparedness and Response in the Policy Design team of the Office of the COVAX Facility. He also briefly consulted for UK FCDO's Center for Disaster Protection on the evolving global architecture of pandemic policies and financing. Prior to his global health security experiences, Aman spent more than seven years in a senior management capacity for Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) providing technical assistance to governments - initially as deputy country director in Cambodia on the strategic, operational, and financial planning of a range of national programs including malaria control and elimination, sexual and reproductive health and tuberculosis; and later as the Director of Country Support for CHAI's Global Vaccine Delivery Program across 14 countries in Asia and Africa.
Aman also has early career experience in management consulting and holds a double master - M. Pharm from BITS, Pilani (India) and a joint MSc in Health Policy, Planning, and Financing from LSHTM and LSE (UK).
