Dr. Mary Ruth Roxas is a licensed Medical Doctor with a background in Obstetrics and Gynecology but fell in love with humanitarian work back in 2009. She has worked for other international NGO’s and is currently working at Medecins Sans Frontieres (Doctors Without Borders) since 2016. She has been involved in several MSF projects addressing different health-related issues on Sexual and Reproductive Health, Internally Displaced People (IDPs) in a post-conflict area, Non-Communicable Diseases, and was also the Medical Coordinator Support assigned in the MSF Philippines Mission office. In 2021, she started working as the Mobile Health Activities Manager for the Tondo TB Project and is currently the Project Medical Referent of the said project.
