Budiati Prasetiamartati, "Dias", is Konservasi Indonesia’s Ocean Program Director. Konservasi Indonesia is a national foundation aims to support the sustainable development and protection of critical ecosystems in Indonesia. Dias is the In-country Coordinator for Risk financing solutions and transfer mechanisms to promote climate resilience for ecosystems (Output 4 of TA 6742-REG Building Coastal Resilience through Nature Based and Integrated Solutions in Asia and the Pacific).

She has over 20 years of experience in program design, advocacy, and research. Before joining Konservasi Indonesia, she worked with the Australia-Indonesia Centre, a collaborative research consortium established by both governments and leading universities. Previous roles include program lead at the Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Pro-Poor Policy: The Knowledge Sector Initiative. She has also worked on decentralisation and local governance for the United Nations Development Programme in Indonesia. She has an undergraduate degree in urban and regional planning from Bandung Institute of Technology, a Master of Arts in Development Studies, with specialization in Public Policy and Administration from the Institute of Social Studies in the Netherlands and a PhD in Coastal and Marine Resources Management from Bogor Agricultural University.
