Jo Green is an Associate Director with over 25 years of experience in the environmental field specializing in air quality, emissions, and climate change. She is an expert on air quality issues with extensive experience devising, running, and appraising ambient air quality monitoring programs and networks; data interpretation and reporting; air quality policy development; local air quality management; and understanding emissions sources. At an international level, she has managed projects for national, regional, and local Governments, multi-lateral banks, MLED-USAID, and private industry. Her recent experience includes technical air quality projects for the European Commission feeding into the update of the European Ambient Air Quality Directives and some of Ricardo’s larger international projects including a $2 million Technical Assistance project for the Asian Development Bank which has been providing technical assistance to seven cities to tackle their air pollution issues.
