Mr. Bhasker earned his Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering in 1987 and an M.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 1989. Joining the Indian Railway Service (IRSE 90 batch) in 1991, he spent 30 years in various roles, contributing significantly to projects such as the Indian Railway USBRL in Jammu and Kashmir.
In January 2021, Mr. Bhasker joined the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), where he played a key role in land acquisition and later became the Head of Procurement for the country's first RRTS project. His global exposure includes visits to Malaysia, Singapore, Norway, and Brazil, enhancing his skills in tunneling, railway infrastructure, and urban transit systems.
With over 32 years of experience, the last three years with NCRTC have been particularly enriching for Mr. Bhasker, as he contributes to the success of India's first RRTS project.
