Hiroki Katayama

Hiroki Katayama is a Senior Portfolio Management Specialist and Head of the Project Administration Unit of Asian Development Bank’s Uzbekistan Resident Mission. Prior to joining ADB, he held senior level positions for the past 13 years in the Embassy of Japan in the Netherlands, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, and the Japan International Cooperation Agency. He holds Master’s degrees in Energy Policy from the University of Sussex, UK and International Relations and Development from Ritsumeikan University, Japan, and a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and Anthropology from the University of Alberta, Canada. He earned a Certificate on Climate Change and Development from the University of East Anglia, UK.
