Surayyo Pulatova has extensive professional experience in strengthening women's rights and opportunities, working in the Women's Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan. She is currently representing Uzbekhydroenergo JSC, where she has been working for more than four years as an Advisor to the Chairman of the Board on improving the efficiency of educational activities and ensuring compliance with legislation on the state language. Ms. Pulatova is the Chairman of the Advisory Council on Gender Issues of Uzbekhydroenergo JSC, created to ensure gender equality and increase women's participation in the energy industry.
