Goran Davidovski is currently working as Deputy head of Department at the Public Procurement Bureau, North Macedonia where he is in charge of the Monitoring of Public Procurement System and Development of e-Procurement an e-Tools. He participated in the working group that developed and implemented the existing e-Procurement system in 2009 and over the years has been involved in all aspects of the development and promotion of the e-Procurement and e-Tools, as well as the general national public procurement system. He is also part of a team working on the implementation and development of the Electronic Low Value Procurement Market. He took part as a key expert in several international projects, managed by USAID, the European Commission (EC) and the World Bank. He was a part of the working group that drafted the new Public Procurement Law (2019). Works as a public procurement trainer, both for state and public sector institutions and private companies, with a big number of training sessions in the past years. He is a co-author of several publications, research papers and books related to public procurement and e-Procurement.
