Profile / Bio:
Mr Kolae has 13 years working in the Solomon Islands Government as a Human Resource Officer in various government ministries – Ministry of Health and Medical Services and the Ministry of Public Service. He successfully coordinated and Implemented the DFAT supported HRMIS Project in the Public Sector worth of AUD$2m.
As the Deputy Director – Digital Transformation in the Ministry of Communication and Aviation, he coordinated and undertook planning on the development of the National Government to have its first National E-Commerce Strategy 2022-2027. Mr Kolae was recently appointed as the Deputy Secretary – Corporate Services in the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development.
