San Man Mu is the Principal Procurement and Contracts Specialist, bringing 25 years of diverse industry experience in training, technology, and financial services, with the last 18 years dedicated to procurement.
At ADB, she leads the (a) Corporate Services non-IT Procurement; (b) Contracts Administration, which include procurement reforms/ transformation in processes, systems, policy, guidelines and knowledge sharing; and is the (c) Business Lead for the Payment Information Management system and Contracts Administration system.
She is a seasoned professional and has extensive expertise in implementing global sourcing strategies, leading complex negotiations with major technology suppliers, and driving end-to-end process improvements and standardization efforts. Before joining ADB, she served as the APAC Head of Citi Services Center Sourcing and APAC Sourcing Services at Citibank.
