San Man Mu is the Principal Procurement and Contracts Specialist.

With 24 years of work experience in various industries in the training, technology, and financial services industry and the last 17 years in procurement. She has extensive knowledge in implementing global sourcing strategies, led complex negotiations with major technology suppliers, implemented process improvements and standardization efforts. Prior to joining ADB, she worked in Citibank as the APAC Head of Citi Services Center Sourcing and APAC Sourcing Services.
